Hello everyone,
I'm facing an issue with our Sophos CS101-8FP switch following a firmware update performed on the night of February 26th to 27th. Since this update, the device no longer responds on Sophos Central.
I've attempted to factory reset it, but the device remains unresponsive. Even after trying a factory reset using the reset button, the issue persists. Unfortunately, the switch does not have a console port.
I've followed the documentation provided by Sophos, but I haven't been able to push the recovery image to the switch following the instructions in this link: (support.sophos.com/.../KB-000042318
My computer has a fixed IP address (outside of a network) at 172.16.16.230 and is directly connected to the faulty Sophos switch.
Despite analyzing the traffic with Wireshark, I'm not detecting any communication coming from the switch.
Do you have any suggestions on how to push the recovery image to the switch? Perhaps my tftpd64 settings are incorrect?
