Touchdown replaced by Workforce. SMC impact?

Currently testing SMC 5.1.8 with Android phones.  As part of config I want to use Touchdown for email but my reseller has advised its discontinued and replaced by Workforce.    Will this work ok with SMC in terms of licence key entry in the email profile and controls I want to implement that SMC says requires Touchdown?

    Hi Swanny,

    the Workforce application will not be supported my Sophos Mobile Control.
    However, it is planned to implement an own solution with the next version of SMC which is scheduled for the end of this year.
