MSG blocking - spam issues

I can't seem to get the msg blocking to work in the spam protection area. I can block calls from unknown people but messages still come through as well as being placed in quarantine. I have an LG G3. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it a bug in the program or my phone just doesn't want to comply?

    Hi Katie,

    if you are talking about Sophos Mobile Security please be aware that the spam filter feature doesn't work anymore if the device is using Android 4.4 or higher.

    Normally, these features shouldn't be activated at all if such an operating system level is detected by our app. Please make sure you are using the up to date version of SMSec.
