Install Sophos Mobile Control on my Sophos

Hi Guys,

After a quick primer on installing Sophos Mobile Control with my existing Sophos Enterprise Console local install. My SEC has been up and running for a few weeks and 80 odd endpoints installed, just received the licence key for the SMC licenses we purchased.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated ;)

    Hi Dread,

    it is not recommended to install Sophos Mobile Control on the same machine as Sophos Enterprise Console.

    Please check also our article 122437. If you inisist that you want to install it, you have to reconfigure SEC so it doesn't use port 80 and 443 anymore.

    If you need assistance regaring the installation of SMC please check the installation guide available on the SMC documentation page. There is also a startup guide available for basic configuration once SMC is setup.
