Unable to receive SMS

Hi,

I have configured SMC. However, after adding user, I am uable to send SMS to end user's mobile.

SMS Error :

2014-05-12 22:34:47,183 INFO  [SMSStateServlet smartman.smsservlet.SMSStateServlet] transition 10 state updated to -2 with errorcode -22

SMC Client Push Error (in SMC Portal):

May 12, 2014 5:38:38 AM              Failed to send notification.          -22          Failed (retry queued)

Please guide on the same.

    Hi Suketu,

    in general SMS are sent via a SMS gateway located in Germany which is hosted by Sophos.

    This gateway then forwards the SMS to local providers and then to your mobile number.

    Maybe your number is not allowed to receive SMS from a foreign coutnry and therefore this error occurs?

    If you require additional assistance on this, you can also open a support request to let our support team verify what is going wrong with the SMS you try to send.
