Updated from 4 to 5.1.3 SSP issue

Hello,

I have updated our SMC from 4.x to 5.0.8 to 5.1.3. The update run without errors. However, when i log into the Self Service Portal I can´t determine which device I need to select for a specific task if I have mor than one, because I can´t find any description of it.

For example, I have an iPad and an Android device. Please look into the attached image and tell me how can I identify the correct device?

      just to complete the post and to explain the procedure:

      With the update to SMC 5 the "Device model" field was introduced. When upgrading from 4.0 to 5.0 this field remains empty until devices synchornize the first time with the SMC server.

      In general, Sophos hosts a list of device models on a server. Every SMC server has a local copy of this list.

      During the built-in maintenance period of the SMC server (at 1:00am for a freshly installed SMC 5.0 server, at 8:30pm for other servers) the SMC server updates this list by contacting the sophos server.
