Change Webapplication Root Path

Hi,

is it possible to change the root path of the application? After a normal install the application runs under the root (https://fqdn/).

We have an access gateway that acts as an reverse proxy and the communication of devices and SSP should be over the url https://fqdn/mdm/).

I've tried to change the Config Database Settings config.core.ApplicationRoot and config.core.ServletRoot but with no success.
