Unable to connect SMC Web console

Hi Team,

I am unable to connect to SMC thru web console. However, SMCSVC & SMCSVCDS Services are running in tray.

Please guide...

    Hi shamila,

    is there any error message you observe?

    Have you perhaps used Windows Authentication for the database connection?

    If so, have you change the log on credentials of the SMCSVC and provided credentials being able to log on to the SQL database?
