Recovery Password

Yesterday I completed the app protection and now the app doesn't accept the recovery password for sophos mobile security. Is there any possibility to get a new one?

Hello,

you can either deactivate the app protection uisng the password set during the set up, or via the recovery password.

There is no other way to remove the app protection or get another recovery password.
