Healthcheck : factory.xml is not present

Hello all,

I am trying to run a healthcheck on my mobile control server using the sophos health check.  However, I am receiving an error stating "factory.xml is not present" in the command prompt.  Any idea why this might be happening?

    Hi Kurtis,

    the health check your are trying to use can only be used on a machine where Sophos Anti-Virus is installed.

    The tool does not check anything regarding Sophos Mobile Control.

    So to me it seems as if Sophos Anti-Virus is not installed on this machine.
