Samsung SAFE silent deploy

Hi,

We are looking at a way to successfully deploy the SAFe plugin via a Uploaded package as apposed to the linked package that gets auto installed on enrollment.

We have a task bundle that Provisions , installs the SMC Control app but fails to install safe plugin 1 in 3 attempts. 

If we push the SAFE plugin out manually it installs fine on the device, just not via the task bundle.

Any suggestions?

    Hi Cam,

    to be honest I suggest that you update your Sophos Mobile Control server to version 5.0

    If you are using Android devices with Andriod versio 4.2 or higher, it is no longer necessary to additionally install the Sophos Samsung Plugin.

    All Samsung related configurations are then automatically done by the SMC client application if you are using SMC 5 on the client & server side.
