Block the Sophos Control App

Hallo,

was passiert wenn ich bei einem Android 5.0 Tablet die App Sophos Control blockiere damit die Benutzer gar nicht erst sehen was alles blockiert ist.. oder kann sie dann nicht mehr mit dem MDM kommunizieren?

what happens if i block the sophos controll app on an android 5.0 tablet? the users should not see which apps are blocked etc.. or does it also block syncing with the MDM?

    Hi Nacura,

    you can block the Control app. The app will still synchornize but users won't be able to open it.

    Therefore, the app can also not be accessed to check for example the reason why a users' device is non-compliant or to use the enterprise app store.
