I'm having an issue with SMC cloud. We used to use FirstName LastName as our AD logins which was dumb now we recently for new employees are using first inital and lastname for example, instead of John Smith, we now use jsmith. For some reason when this profile is loaded on an iPad, the username field shows user as John Smith instead of jsmith. In AD username is jsmith. This is how they login to their computer and webmail. Why is iPad picking up his full name as the username? Because of this, I keep getting an error "Unable to verify account information."
