Configuration Failed in Sophos Mobile Control

I'm having an issue whereby in the SSP the Provisioning State of my phone says Configuration failed, but in the Management Console I can see nothing wrong???

    Hi Jon,

    sorry for the late reply.
    Are we talking maybe about iOS device and there is no APNS certificate added to your server yet?
    Normally, clicking on the task details there should be a "+ Details" button providing additional information what went wrong.

    If you continue to experience issues feel free to open a support request.

    Actually I think I have solved this one....In the Mobile Control when I look at a phone that is showing Configuration failed in the SSP, I notice that under "Actions" there is a "Set SSP State to Finished" when I press this and look back in the SSP the error has gone

    Hi Jon,

    normally, the status should not go into the "Configuration failed" status. Instead, it should be "Successful".
    I suggest to have a look at the task details as stated before.
