Sophos Mobile Control free trial started

Hello,
I wanted to try a 30-day license Sophos Mobile Control. I dont have any experience with product

The program I was able to install it, but I have a problem with him log in.

I tried to enter Approaches

Custumer: super administrator

User: super administrator

Password: Your password I entered during the installation of the product and you can not log on.

When I try to resetting passwords, no password to my email not came.

I do not know what I have done next.

Please can you help me?

Where can I get information that I fill in when you first log into the console Sophos Mobile Control.

    Hi Jaroslav,

    the default super administrator customer is called "superadmin".
    You have to define the user yourself which you then want to use to log in.
    You can simply run through the Configuration Wizard again and reconfigure the super administrator account.
    This way, you would reset the credentials.
