Notifications in Secure Email App

We've tested the Secure Email App on iOS and Android and recognized a strange behaviour.

Notifications are allowed over a policy, but sometimes there notifications are displayed and sometimes not.

On iOS when, notification works, the notification didn't disapear when the emails are delete via an other client.

Is there any fix for that issue?

    Hi Robby,

    on Android devices notifications are not displayed if the app is completely closed (not running in the task manager anymore)
    We are currently looking into that topic and plan to provide a fix. However, there is no time schedule available yet.

    On iOS devices notification should be correctly displayed.
    Deleting a notification if the email is removed on a different email client is technically not possible.
