Since the latest Android update to the Sophos Samsung Plugin (December 14th according to the app store), I am unable to install the plugin on new devices nor upgrade the plugin on currently enrolled devices. When attempting to install the app we receive the message - 505 unknown error.
I have found mention of this in the knowledge base - https://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/121883.aspx - however the recommendation to download the app from the app store is what we are doing in the first place. We have tried formatting the phones with no backups and still no luck
This is prevalent on all 120 of our devices and holding us back from setting up new devices
Phones are running Android 5.0 - Samsung Galaxy S5
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
