SMC User with more than one Apple-ID

Hello,

We have installed SMC 5.0.8.

All Users are from an external Directory.

Now we have a User with more than one device (two iPhones, one iPad) and separate apple-ids on his devices and I have to invite him to join the corporate VPP-Program.

In SMC 4.x I was able to create for such an user separate VPP-Users with separate Email-adresses to invite.

But now, in SMC 5 the VPP-Users and the Device-Users might be merged into one Datatable.

So now is the question, how to invite this new Device-User with to separate apple-Ids into the corporate VPP Programm like in SMC 4?

    Hi Stephan,

    the only way I could think of for that case would be to create a dummy user within your Active Directory.

    Unfortunately, there is no other way if the external user directory is used.
