Failed to Install Bootstrap

Hi I have the following problem with one iPhone.

I can send the Bootstrap-Job to this iPhone.

The user gets a message with a link.

After clicking the link, the Profile is beeing installed (Button turns green).

But when we move to the settings on the iPhone, there is no profile installed.

The profile section is empty.

The deployment worked with many other iPhones before.

We even tried to reset to factory settings (without deleting data on the phone).

The problem must be on this iPhone, because SMC works well with any other device.

Any ideas, what else I could try?

    Hi P_Graf,

    this sounds like the device is rejected by the SMC server for some reason.

    The device tries to check in at the SMC server after the installation of the bootstrap / mdm_enrollment profile.
    If the device receives a response from the SMC server, that it is not allowed to check in, then the mdm_enrollment profile will be uninstalled again.

    Is that a new device or was it perhaps already registered on the SMC server for a different user?

    If so, please delete the existing device from the SMC server and try the registration process again.
