Sophos Mobile Encryption Data Sharing

Question

Hi folks,

I am unable to share neither encrypted data nor unencrypted data out of the Sophos Mobile Encryption App using the local device storage of the application. Sharing via AirDrop works encrypted and unencrypted, sharing via Email App doesn't work.

Can anybody relate to this issue?

Hi Roland, is it possible that your email configuration profile has the "Use only in Mail" defined? This setting has the effect, that this email account cannot be used by e.g. the open in functionality. Please verify this setting in your email configuration profile. Best regards Stefan :53577
