Hi folks,
I am using the SMC server also as internal EAS Proxy to provide ActiveSync traffic to my managed smartphones.
When I enter the EAS Server as ActiveSync mailserver on my smartphone, I am not longer able to write or receive emails.
Here's what the easproxy.log file says:
2014-05-21 15:46:34,778 INFO [EASP_ApplXXXXXXXXXXXX smartphone_solutions.easproxy.ProxyServlet] verify user 'xxxxxx.xxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx' with active sync id 'ApplXXXXXXXXXXXX', deviceType is 'iPhone', user-agent is 'Apple-iPhone5C2/1104.201', protocol version is '14.1', request method is 'POST'
2014-05-21 15:46:34,778 INFO [EASP_ApplXXXXXXXXXXXX smartphone_solutions.easproxy.ProxyServlet] found cached permission for active sync id 'ApplXXXXXXXXXXXX', traffic is allowed, expiration Wed May 21 15:47:14 CEST 2014
2014-05-21 15:46:34,919 INFO [EASP_ApplXXXXXXXXXXXX smartphone_solutions.easproxy.ProxyServlet] received response code from exchange is 200
2014-05-21 15:46:34,919 INFO [EASP_ApplXXXXXXXXXXXX smartphone_solutions.easproxy.ProxyServlet] received from exchange header 'Server' = 'Apache' and header 'MS-Server-ActiveSync' = 'null'
My configuration:
Sophos UTM (WAF enabled) --> SMC Server --> Exchange 2010
The firewall and WAF logs do not return helpful information.
The smartphone is located in my internal network via WiFi connection.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Roland
