I have installed Sophos Security for Android on my mobile Samsung Galaxaxy S III mini. The problem is that Sophos asks for a password I don'nt know. The recovery password that I know doesn't work: I only could write 4 numbers or letters when I'm ask for it! But the revovery password has 20 numbers and letters! I know them all but it stopped before I finished writing! So I cannot reach the applications of my mobile! What can I do?
