Recovery password

I have installed Sophos Security for Android on my mobile Samsung Galaxaxy S III mini. The problem is that Sophos asks for a password I don'nt know. The recovery password that I know doesn't work: I only could write 4 numbers or letters when I'm ask for it! But the revovery password has 20 numbers and letters! I know them all but it stopped before I finished writing! So I cannot reach the applications of my mobile! What can I do?

    Hello,

    the password you are asked for is most likely the login password for the device asked by the standard android lock screen. 

    If you have configured the Loss & Theft you could use the configured Cell Phone to unlock your device and setting a new pin using:

    unlock [Loss & Theft Password]

    This will set a random pin and send it to the cell phone that sent the command.
