if i connect an iphone with our exchange server directly over utm waf, and my password is wrong (expired), a message automatically appears and prompts for the password."enter your password for the exchange account.....".then i can enter the new password an all is going well.
if i do the same over the sophos smc eas proxy, it doesnt work like that.
a connection error appears and i dont see the reason why it is not working.i hove to edit the exchange account settings and enter the right password to get it working.
this isnt a good thing if a user password expires and a connection error appears without giving the user a change to enter the new password.
does anyone have the same problem?
any ideas how to get it working over the smc eas proxy?
