Alert Lock Screen not Configured Sophos Anti Virus and Security Android

Good afternoon,
I'm using Sophos Anti Virus and Security in Android 4.4.2, Hardware Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 SM-G7102, the problem is that I can not activate the anti-theft function, go on Loss & Theft in the Lock Screen tab displays an alert that no there is password / pin set, plus I have password yes! Including already deleted the password and created a pin, restarted the machine, typed the pin created and when I opened the flap the problem is not gone. How can I fix this? here in the forum has several people complaining of the same problem a long time (2012), Thank you.
