Import Certificate Files - SMCv5 install

We are using the "SSL Certificate Wizard" to import a Comodo certficate before we install SMCv5.

We get an error "P12 creation failed: Loading 'screen' into random state - done Error unable to get local issuer certificate getting chain." on the "Import Certificate File" screen.

We have been provided with 3 intermediate certicates plus our main CA certifcate. the wizard only allows us to select one intermediate certificate. We have tried each one individually and with none selected, all get the same error as above.

Comodo issed us with a file that combined all 3, however the Sophos wizard does not recognise this as it is not a crt, cer or pem file extension.

Not sure how to get around this.

    Hello,

    you can simply use a text editor to combine all intermedeate certficates to one file. Simply copy the content of the files into a new one. Copy each intermedeate certe below the previous.
