Pushing WiFi configuration to Android 4.4.2 devices does not work

Hi,

I am starting distribution of Android 4.4.2 (Samsung S4) to end users, but it seems that pushing WiFi settings (WiFi SSID, WPA/WPA2 and password) does not work. Devices keep asking WiFi password once received the configuration, and policy task result page shows a fail status near PSK step.

Please note that the very same policy profile works fine on the same device (Samsung S4) with Android 4.3. Does anyone is experience the same issue? Any ideas/solutions?

Mobile Control version is 3.6.0.5

    I can duplicate that issue here as well; Galaxy S4 (AT&T) w/ 4.4.2 ..   Can totally delete the profile from the phone, re-push it... the SSID does not connect automatically (not sure if it's supposed to), but even when selected to connect, no password, etc. is pre-entered.

    Hi all,

    we are able to reproduce this behavior.
    This seems to be a bug in our Samsung SAFE Plugin.
    We will create an updated version and hope to get it released within May.

    I will keep you updated.
