Sophos SSP LDAP issue

Hi,

I after some help please?

I have Sophos MC installed on a Windows 2003 server R2 all domain'ed up. I can create a Customer in Superadmin and create a LDAP link with my admin account. On the Ad server I have a SSP group with my admin user in it.

So at this point all looks good.

When I go to log into the SSP with the same AD user I get unautherised Access. Here are the Sophos server logs:

2013-03-22 14:31:18,762 INFO  [[customer].[user] smartman.loginservlet.LoginServlet] user="ssp:********\bennettl", password="********"
2013-03-22 14:31:18,762 INFO  [[customer].[user] jaas.database.DBRequest] customer "SSP" found, externalId="3fb342bc296fdd3db16fcefb79f8cea9"
2013-03-22 14:31:18,762 INFO  [[customer].[user] jaas.database.DBRequest] trying to login user="********\bennettl" from customer="SSP"
2013-03-22 14:31:18,762 INFO  [[customer].[user] jaas.database.DBRequest] could not find user with login name "********\bennettl"

I'm a little confused because I used this user to setup the LDAP connection when setting up the coustomer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
