Upgrade SMC 2.5 to 3.0 Failed

Hi all .. Need some help here

My admin, has upgrade SMC from 2.5 to 3.0, but there is an error when in Database part "Error! Database update error. Please contact support", then my admin create a new database because cannot use previous Database causing by different version (2.5 and 3.0).

The rest of installation was succeed without any error, but when we try to login using usual user it always failed, it looks my user is not registered

Then, I query in the database and found the previous database for 2.5 was not migrated, I understand it was caused by Create new database.

My question is, how to migrate data of previous version 2.5 to 3.0 or is it possible if we want to fallback ?
