SMC Server can't be reached from the internet

Good morning togehter.

When i enroll Bootstrap of iOS MDM Client, i get a SMS on my device, but when this link will be opened, Safari told me,
 that the Server can't be found.

The installation of smc runs qithout one error.  My APNs Certificate is successfully implemented.

Where could be the golden failure?....

    Hi David,

    according to your former post in this forum you are using the URL smc.arnold-gruppe.de.
    I am also not able to browse to this URL.
    Within your network you must make sure that this URL is reachable from the Internet.

    Devices require access to this server.

    Maybe there are DNS entries missing or there is a firewall blocking the access to the server?

    This does not seem to be a SMC specific issue.

    www.smc.arnold-gruppe.de is in the exceptionlist of our firewall. it's configured, so that every package oder http/https is allowed for connection, but i can't still reach my server....

    Hi David,

    obviously, the URL smc.arnold-gruppe.de still can't be reached from outside your network.

    Is there maybe an entry missing for this URL at your DNS server ?
    At the moment neither a ping nor a nslookup works for the mentioned URL.

    This still seems to be a network issue.
    If you require any additional assistance on this, you can also contact Sophos support.
