MDM stuck on iOS Enrollment Profile

Hello,

I have this problem today with the MDM that its getting stuck on iOS enrollment and I cannot successfully enrol this device into the MDM. I have restarted the MDM server and I have delete this profile and started from scratch. 

Here is a screenshot of the problem. ipad is a 16gb 3g air and has worked on many others before.
