Spam protection on Android Phone not working

My spam filter on my Adroid where I have Sophos Security installed is set to block calls with hidden caller ID. Yet a call from "Unknown" was received regardless.
When I tried to edit "Numbers Always blocked" Click the Add button, selected "From History" the application crashed.

    Please contact the Beta support group via email: SophosMobileSecurityBeta@Sophos.com

    It would be helpful to provide the logfiles.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Open Sophos Mobile Security
    2. Open the settings
    3. Scroll down and enable the checkbox next to "Verbose tracing"
    4. Reproduce the problem
    5. Open the SMSec settings again and use the "Send trace" option
