SMC confirmation SMS are not received

Hi,

I test the confirmation SMS that SMC send to new registered devices, but none of them are being receiving by user. I'm trying to send the SMS to Chile using the international format (+56 PhoneNumber) but nothing appears.

The SMC server can reach the SMS Gateway (tested again), and nothing seems to be bad.

Any idea?

    Hi Rodrigo,

    sorry for the late reply.

    I had a look at our SMS gateway and searched for SMS to +56 numbers on the 25th of July.
    The result returned one number ending on 381 and it seems as if the SMS is not deliverable.
    Not sure, if this is the correct number.

    You should make sure that your provider as well as your SIM card allows SMS from a foreign country.
