decrypt storage - can't unlock

Hi,

I just installed sophos on my htc one. I went through the options and set up a password for the theft tab. I received an email stating the password etc.

I then clicked on encrypt phone data. When this had finished I'm on a page 'decrypt storage' asking for a password. It won't accept the one I typed in for the 'theft' tab so I appear to be locked out of my new phone.  

Can anyone help.

    Hello,

    Sophos Mobile security only links to system functions/dialoges.

    SMSec also does not send emails with passwords to anyone.

    The Password for decrypting the device should be the same then the one you set as display lock code.

    If this does not work, please contact HTC for further support.
