Profile Installatio Failed The certificate is "(null)"

Hi. When enrolling a device onto the SSP, you get the first MDM Enrollment Profile to install on an iPad or iPhone, the install button appears for you to click and then it returns with the message: Profile Installation Failed. The certificate "(null)" could not be imported.

Any ideas on this fault?

    Have you performed any testing with the device already? Is there a mdm profile on your device that may be conficting? I had this issue when testing my iPhone. I had an mdm profile on the device, after removing it and enrolling again it worked fine.
