SMC EAS proxy - multiple exchange server setup

I have a EAS proxy installed on a server and is currently used to provide mail for a sister company that uses a completely different AD and Exchange infrastructure.

I've now been asked to duplicate this for another company, again with a different AD and exchange infrastucture.

Can i use the existing EAS-proxy to setup email synching for the new company, or would i need a seperate EAS proxy  ?

Thanks in advance  Jason

  • Hi Jason,

you can use the existing EAS Proxy as long as it can connect to the exchange server.

Maybe you also want to have a look at the document attached to this article, which explains different scenarios for the EAS Proxy setup.

    Hope this helps.

    Best regards
