Exception Report

Hello,

I'm getting exception reports with following error message for several devices

Message:

Could not update device="Id:55, CustomerId:4, Name:xxxxxxx - iPhone4, Os:iOS 7.0, Managed:true, Compliant:true"

Stacktrace:

Caused by: org.hibernate.StaleObjectStateException:
Row was updated or deleted by another transaction (or unsaved-value mapping was
incorrect

NB: I have attched the full exception to this post.

When I check the console i notice the device hasn't 'synchronised' since april, but the 'Last iOS App synchronization' was today.

What's causing this error , and how do i fix it ?
