Trying to locate an Android Device

I guess one of our employees lost their Samsung S4 running Android 4.4.2

When I goto the Sophos Mobile Control and run the action to locate the device

It doesn't and I get an error code -18 returned.

I am the new system admin and am not fimilar with sophos so please go abit easy on me LOL.

    Hi claib,

    this sounds strange, as the error code typically indicates that there initally went something wrong with the registration of the device.
    Are there any additional information if you open the task details using the maginifier icon?

    What is the error message shown? Is the device still managed?
