forcing iOS updates

I know that you can defines apps that need to be on the iPhone, and specify what iOS version it should have, but is there anyway that you can force the installation of a new iOS update?  For instance, with the certificate verification issue of iOS 7.0.4, I want to make sure that every phone is upgraded to iOS 7.0.6.  I know that I can set it to be non-compliant, but I would prefer to force the update.

    Hi NCITGuy,

    unfortunately, we don't have any possibilities to force the iOS update using the MDM protocol.

    We also cannot prevent a user from updating it. The whole section regarding System updates cannot be influnced by MDM.
