we updated some devices to iOS 9.2. Now the devices don't sync anymore. The SMC app (5.1.2.4 and 6.0.0.10) syncs, but reports the last status (before iOS update). A SMC server triggered sync for the devices itself fails. Last sync timestamp is still before iOS update. The server is running on 5.1.7, which is the latest version, as far as I know.
Now we have the situation, that a device which was not compliant before update stays not compliant and a device which was compliant before update stays compliant.
Is this a known issue?

Hi,
it seems as if this is a general issue within iOS when updating to iOS 9.2.
We are currently looking into the topic but it seems as if this is not a Sophos related issue as other MDM vendors are experiencing the issue as well.
At the moment it is not recommended to update to iOS 9.2.
To get the devices which have already updated working again, the devices have to be re-enrolled.
