sophos mobile control

Hello im trying to deploy some android tablets in mobile control using the self service portal it seems like only 10 of my tablets have access to the app store any one with any pointers?

AFAIK, there are no such limitations. Is it showing any specific error message?

We use several Sophos Products, but not 365 Enterprise. Having said that, we are not completely satisfied with the products or support. I've gotten the run around on several issues in regards to SMC from their support. Or tickets that have been opened and no one ever responds. I could go on and on, but take a look around here and the spiceworks forums in regards to support before plopping your company's money down.
