Require Passcode Time Delay

We have a mobile policy set to auto lock our devices after 3 minutes, but would also like to set the requirement for entering a passcode after 1 minutes. Right now the phone screen will "auto lock" after three minutes, but an end user could immediately swipe and unlock their iPhone and get back in. We would like the end user to not have the option to pick up to 15 minutes after the phone screen goes off to require a passcode. Maybe I'm missing a setting?

  • TravisVesecky,

That option is currently not possible with Mobile Control.
You can submit a feature request for that to be implemented in a future version here:

  • Hi TravisVesecky,

try the "Maximum grace period for device lock" within the Passcode settings.

In this field, you can specify the maximum value the user is allowed to configure on the device. The grace period for device lock specifies for how long the device can be unlocked after a lock without a password prompt. If you select None, the user can select any of the intervals available. If you select Immediately, users must enter a password every time they unlock their devices.

    Best regards
