How can I get rid of trojan JS/DwnLdr-MON?

Sophos Mobile Security should allow you to uninstall the affected app. If that is not possible, it is likely that this app is a system app that cannot be removed. If the trojan is in a system app that means it was put there b y the vendor and cannot be removed unless the phone is rooted.
