Item in quarantine - but no obvious way to review and remove. What am I missing?

A work Android displayed a message that there was an item in quarantine. We cannot find any way to review the item and remove it. Some direction please...

    Hi GHCFCU,

    are you using the latest version of Sophos Mobile Security (5.5.1700) which was made available at the end of September?
    To me this sounds like an issue we had in the former version where the scanner showed items in the quarantine which were actually not there.
    This behavior is fixed with the current version.
