Sophos Mobile Control Stop / Start Task Scheduler don't work

I have the same issue, we thought it might be because of a Sophos hotfix that was loaded but now it looks like windows updates.

Sophos support looked at the logs and said it was because the port was in use, Microsoft released several updates last night to address similar issues with SQL and IIS.

we had the same Problems with SMC Server 8.1.3 and Windows Server 2008R2.

After we have uninstalled the Windows Patches, everything works again.
