3 Android phones have Android version 7.0.0 and all are receiving error: "Unable to authenticate. Please Check your entries"
-This occurs after putting in the email password on Sophos Secure Email app for Android. It successfully populated the server and email address for each user from Sophos Mobile Control
-The users are downloading the latest version of Sophos Secure Email as of 6/4/2018
-The users are correctly inputting their password as it can be signed into on the web
Is there compatibility issues with Android 7.0.0?
Note: Users with Android 8.0.0 DO NOT receive the error, and are able to authenticate and receive email.
