Enterprise and connectwise Automate Integration 403 error

I have managed to get the API to no longer disconnect.

But reviewing the plug in logs i'm getting a 403 error reason : cuts off .

Downloaded log file and i get the following errors

2022-06-21T10:43:50.5813137+01:00 [1.0.0.135] SophosService :: ERROR [508671]
2022-06-21T10:43:50.6526954+01:00 [1.0.0.135] SophosService :: ERROR [168145]

Will upload log file if needed

If this is because this is a sophos enterprise tenancy .please advise when the integration will work with and enterprise tenancy
