We followed the directions found here.
The API connects but as soon as you move off the API screen the API disconnects.
Hi Jim, are you able to describe the issue a bit more? Are you saying you are not able to save the Client ID and Secret? Or it does save but as soon as you leave the settings page it is lost?
During this time are you able to download any Tenant, Endpoint, or Alert data from our APIs?
Hi Jim, Please see the blog post I just created on authentication issues and let me know if this is the problem you are also experiencing. Also please feed back if the proposed work arounds were successful in solving your issue.
It authenticates and connects. But when you go to add your tenant's it pop-up to go to settings. When you go to settings it shows its disconnected.
It saves the credentials but before you download anything it disconnects and if you select connect again nothing happens. We have to get out of the plug in and start it again.
There are no plug in logs either.
I seem to be having the same issue. I have tried most of the fixes. I have an error that shows up like this, would like some assistance.

Hi James, could you describe the behavior for me? Is this not installing, not connecting, not saving your authentication settings or not syncing the data after authentication?
