Sophos automate plug in API does not stay connected.

We followed the directions found here.

The API connects but as soon as you move off the API screen the API disconnects.

  • I seem to be having the same issue.  I have tried most of the fixes.  I have an error that shows up like this, would like some assistance.

  • Hi James, could you describe the behavior for me?  Is this not installing, not connecting, not saving your authentication settings or not syncing the data after authentication?
