We followed the directions found here.
The API connects but as soon as you move off the API screen the API disconnects.
Hi Jim, are you able to describe the issue a bit more? Are you saying you are not able to save the Client ID and Secret? Or it does save but as soon as you leave the settings page it is lost?
During this time are you able to download any Tenant, Endpoint, or Alert data from our APIs?
It saves the credentials but before you download anything it disconnects and if you select connect again nothing happens. We have to get out of the plug in and start it again.
There are no plug in logs either.
